All new students need to complete the registration form before starting the term course.

FEES

The cost for classes per week is set below. There is a 10% discount on the 3rd course, and consecutive courses. Invoices will be generated for the whole term.

30 minutes (Pre/pre primary)–$18.00 per class
45 minutes $20.00 per class
60 minutes $22.00 per class
75 minutes $23.00 per class
90 minutes $23.00 per class

Registration/Insurance – $40 p.a
Term fees are paid in advance.

I authorise the nominated supervisor to provide any required first aid and to facilitate medical attention in the event of any emergency. I give permission for Byron Ballet staff to obtain any medical, hospital and ambulance service in the case of an accident or emergency involving my child and accept responsibility for payment of all expenses associated with such treatment. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me in the event of any illness or accident. On enrolling my child I understand that Byron Ballet is unable to provide lessons for children who are sick or who have contagious and communicable conditions. I further acknowledge that a medical clearance may be sought by Byron Ballet staff before my child is able to return to dance classes. No medication, including Panadol, will be administered to any student at any time. NB Please attach Asthma & Allergy plans when returning this document if applicable.

• Term fees are payable in advance or within 7 days of issue. An irreversible $30 late fee will incur to accounts not paid within 7 days. Tuition will not be provided to students whose fees are unpaid and the student will not be permitted to take class. Missed classes are strictly non refundable or transferable. • Please note all choreography learnt at our studio remains the artistic property of Byron Ballet. • Byron Ballet school has a one studio policy, except for specific workshops, or necessary extension classes organised through the director.
